Born in 1991 in the Netherlands. Lover and Partner, Woman, Mother of two boys (luuk 2015, Finn 2020)

It feels like I already have had quite a journey in this short period of my life on earth.
Going through dark heavy places.​

When I was 25 and my first son was born, there where moments I had big panic attacks. Starting looking into this, confronted me with a big trauma of sexual abuse in my early years in life. Something my mind shut of completely.

I did not remember, yet my conscious body did.

 

Time to dive deep and give my body the space, love and guidance it needed to release those blockages. I got myself some good help and support to walk beside me, while facing my fears and releasing this pain.

 

Step by step, over the last 9 years. I feel so much gratitude for this life experience. Releasing these emotions, learnt me letting go more and more of the story.

Experiencing this grounding and love within myself and life.

Enjoying my body, my sensuality, my sexuality and life flow.

I restored my relation with my inner voice, my intuition and found my way and connection with the source , with god.

to have faith and trust.

 

And still every day! I am aware of reclaiming my full juicy life force, letting go of all the layers.

With the help of breath work, old tantra meditations, guidance of the plant medicine, singing mantra's and Joiks, drumming, dancing around, making fires, scream and cry, Laugh, make love and live life with the people around me.

 

and of course living one of my biggest passions!
